Allow yourself to be gentle, to be kind.
No need to force, no need to rush.
Allow yourself to be, and to feel, different every day
...to be human.
Try to greet that difference with patience,
acceptance
and a pinch of curiosity.
Allow your priorities and focus
to be different every day but, always,
with an underlying awareness
of the central purpose of your life:
to feel an inner sense of calm, peace, simple joy,
and loving respect for yourself,
other human beings and our world as a whole.
Do what you can to share that way of being
with those around you.
But accept their right
to welcome it and work with it,
or to reject it.
It is their right - learn to accept that truth with grace.
Keep an eye on the future
and how you would like it to be,
always maintaining your central purpose
as your compass and guide,
and keep identifying and carrying out
small actions
that can help to make that future your reality.
Trust that you are not working alone
and that, when you proceed with conscious, loving intention,
you will experience God's spirit and help moving with you
and transforming difficult challenges
into tiny, daily miracles of achievement.
Don't allow yourself to be distressed by the criticisms of others,
or the dramas they create.
Don't lose hope when things do not proceed in the way that you had planned.
Keep faith, keep trusting, and keep an eye on the Eternal
- doing what you can with grace -
and allowing space for God to play his part too.
Don't create conflict, or hurry blindly into it.
Make time and space to listen with an open mind and heart
to God and to others
every day.
Speak to God each day,
in the way that feels right, honest and true to you,
within your own heart and soul.
Be cautious around anyone
who claims to speak for God.
God is more than capable of speaking clearly for himself
and, when you feel his Love and hear his words ofTruth,
your heart will know it, without doubt,
and instinctively respond in kind.
Know that you are truly loved and,
in the moments that feel most challenging
and most isolating within this world,
that God's Spirit is wholly with you.
If and when you place your trust in it,
that Spirit of Universal Love will move with you
and help you to find your Way.
